A. Metropolis recommends regular pest control services to maintain a pest free environment. The frequency can vary based on your specific situation and the severity of the pest issue.

A. Yes. At Metropolis, safety is our top priority. Our treatments are designed to be safe for all occupants, including children, and pets, while effectively targeting pest issues.

A. You may actually see a temporary increase in activity. Don’t be alarmed. Product applications can sometime stimulate pests to move. This is a sign that the treatment is working and should subside within a few days. 

A. Not all of our services require you to be home. Many of our maintenance programs are designed around the exterior. We will leave  a notice, so you know we completed your requested service.

A. We will alert you at at least 24 hours before a scheduled treatment. That gives you plenty of time to reschedule if it is not convenient.
