Metropolis offers both one-time treatments and maintenance programs.
Many customers find that a recurring treatment plan provides the best and most consistent protection. Metropolis will provide a barrier treatment every 21 days to ensure continuous control. Having your home treated every 21 days will interrupt the life cycle of the mosquito, preventing a reinfestation and considerably reducing activity.
Incorporate our In2Care mosquito traps with backpack misting for a premier service. This eco-friendly solution combines biological control and insecticide application to target and eliminate mosquitoes around residential and commercial properties.
Automatic billing is required for a maintenance plan.
Preventative Maintenance
Prices start at $135
Metropolis offers a Quarterly Service that will provide your home with continuous coverage against unwanted pests throughout the entire year. Preventative measures will be taken to eliminate and deter pests from invading your home.
Metropolis will perform a number of services on your home, depending on the targeted pests and the seasons. Some of these services are considered general maintenance and will be performed during every visit. Others are specialty services that only need to be applied during certain seasons.
Automatic billing is required for this service.
Monthly Rodent Control
Monthly service starts at $55
Rodent service includes four rodent bait stations that must be purchased at $30 per station.
Installation is included in the cost. If more stations are requested or needed, there will be a $30 charge per station and an additional service fee of $5 per station will be applied to the monthly fee.
Service covers exterior mice and rats only. Automatic billing is required with this service.

Monthly Perimeter Service

Maintaining a pest-free environment is a continuous process. By applying a protective barrier around your home’s foundation, Metropolis deters pests from entering your living space and creates an additional line of defense.
This service includes a barrier around the foundation of your home, inspection and treatment of entry points, de-webbing, and treatment of the landscaping around the exterior of your home.
Automatic billing is required for the service.
Bee & Wasp Prevention
Prices start at $299
Metropolis will treat individual nests, or you can opt for a BEE AND WASP PREVENTION.
The Bee and Wasp Prevention guarantees the entire structure against all stinging insects. Our service technicians are thoroughly trained to inspect, evaluate, and take preventative measures to eliminate and deter stinging insects from invading your home.
The Bee and Wasp Prevention service is guaranteed until December 31st of the same year that the contract is entered upon.
